Hi, I'm Alison! I'm a user researcher with a background in clinical psychology and social justice, as well as 10+ years of research experience in both industry and academic settings.
When I was about 9 years old, I founded a mystery writers club. My friends and I would meet in the library, to write + solve mysteries.
This passion for exploring people's motivations and behaviors in order to solve tough problems has followed me throughout my life.
From co-designing healthcare solutions with older adults, to consulting on the service design of a university-wide IT workflow, I'm well-versed in designing research studies from the ground up to identify actionable design opportunities that have the potential to make people's lives a little easier.
